If you are a customer of the Glossary App and Scroll Versions for Confluence developed by K15T, you might have encountered a compatibility issue. Specifically, the integration between the Glossary App and Scroll Versions poses a problem when it comes to versioning within Confluence. The glossary pages within Confluence are not seamlessly compatible with versioning, resulting in conflicts and errors. To address this issue, the K15T team has provided two practical solutions:

#### Global Glossary in a Non-Versioned Space:

The first solution entails creating a dedicated space within Confluence specifically for the global glossary content. In this space, versioning is not enabled, allowing the glossary content to remain unaffected. This dedicated space will primarily focus on maintaining the glossary content and serving as a highlight within the Confluence instance.

#### Utilizing the "Unversion" Feature for Confluence Pages:

For those who prefer not to use a single Glossary space, the K15T team proposed leveraging the "Unversion" feature for individual Confluence pages. By setting the glossary pages or specific letter pages to "unversioned," users can freely edit and add new terms without encountering conflicts. This approach offers flexibility in navigating the glossary content across different space versions seamlessly.

By implementing the proposed solutions from the K15T team, Confluence users can overcome the compatibility problem between the Glossary app and Scroll Versions. Whether by employing a non-versioned space for the global glossary or utilizing the "unversion" feature for specific Confluence pages, organizations can ensure seamless knowledge management and collaboration within their Confluence instance.
