## Goal 

Update workflow storage format to force which status is set to first position in workflow

## Procedure

In our browser before action: 

1. Open your web developer tools in Firefox
2. Open Network tab
3. Persist logs

In Ideation App:

1. Navigate to **Space Tools > App Links > Ideation**
2. Edit workflow
3. Edit one of the status without doing anything
4. Confirm Edit
5. Publish Draft

> ℹ️ we are triggering the action that save a new version of workflow data (the one you sent us) 
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ This passes by a REST from Atlassian API that stores a new verison of workflow_property object via PUT method.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ By doing this “white” action we are capting the needed URL to update the storage.

Once draft is published you should see a **PUT** query that we are going to edit:

1. Sort method as displayed in screenshot on network tab to find it easily
2. Right click on that url and click on **Edit and Resend**

3. :warning: Copy Paste body content of that query somewhere to be used as backup if any misaction is made.
4. We are going to edit **Body Section** as following
  1. Inverse current_position of status ARCHIVE and EINGEREICHT
  2. Increment version number with +1. This a data you can find in the end of that body

> ❌ PLEASE DO NOT EDIT ANY OTHER INPUT THIS CAN CAUSE WORKFLOW TO BE BROKEN; 
> ❌ 
> ❌ - You can copy paste the body content into text file, search for variable **current_position** in that body for status ARCHIVE AND EINGERIEGHT and set ARCHIVE current_position variable to 2 and EINGERIEGHT current_position to 1
> ❌ - Based on the version you find in the end of your body content, just increment by +1 otherwise action will not be performed by Atlassian (conflict of history)

4. Once changes done, save the query by clicking on SEND in your browser which will relaunch it
5. Refresh your workflow view
