## 🤔 Problem

Due to data storage migration preparing for Glossary Cloud Revamp, Glossary for Confluence App generates a long list of labels related to synonyms, abbreviations, labels and letters.

Those labels are listed in Confluence native macro [Labels List] as displayed below:

## 🌱 Solution

Vectors is currently working internally to fix the problem by changing the storage model and not using the labels to index our data and make it available for search.

In order to fix the spaces where labels have been created you can following the below strategy:

1. Isolate Glossary data in a central and dedicated space by exporting and re-importing the content
2. Enable highlight setting in the destination space to get terms from the new central space containing the glossary
3. Once import done in the new space, delete old glossaries

The below tutorial details the steps to do in order to fix a space listing the labels:

> ℹ️ Deleting the glossaries will remove the related labels automatically. No other actions are needed
