After the app is configured, users can start using labels.

### 4.1 Accessing the Comments Toolkit in Jira issue

To access the **Comments Toolkit** within an issue

1. Open any **Jira issue**.
2. Scroll down to the **Activity** section at the bottom of the issue view
3. You’ll see multiple tabs — All, Comments, History, Work log…
4. Click the **Comments Toolkit ** tab
5. The Comments Toolkit panel will appear, displaying your enhanced commenting experience

### 4.2 Managing labels on comments

Users can only manage labels **after** a comment has been posted.  
They cannot assign labels while writing a new comment.

| Under every comment, there’s a small **label panel** that displays all labels applied to that comment.

From this panel, users (with permission) can:

- add one or more labels
- remove existing labels
- edit label assignments

> 📝 All of this can be done directly from the **comment listing panel** — no need to edit the comment text itself.
