## Add a new question 

Adding new questions can be made from:

1**- All FAQ view**

2- **By accessing a specific FAQ **

Once you click the Add Question you will a get a form to fill your question as following:

1. Set question’s category. If you don’t find adequate category, you can create a new one by entering a new name and typing enter.
2. Question title to be listed in display
3. Answer body. You can include rich content in answer like media content, links, formatting option like bold etc..

To make your experience easier you can expand creation dialog to full page display via expand button set in top right corner of creation dialog. 

## Add question as page

You can choose to create question as page. Information initiated in creation dialog will be copied into a page editor  to finalize response body. 

You just need to click on **Expand to Confluence Page **button in add question dialog and you will be redirect to Confluence page to enrich your content as following:

 :info: Resulting page includes a macro displayed as button with mention [View FAQs] and called FAQ Link. Once page saved this macro let you navigate back to FAQ view from page by clicking on it. 

:info: Default labels related to question’s FAQ and Category has to be kept in page to insure the good listing of the question in FAQ view

## Set a normal confluence page to be listed in FAQ view

You can choose to add a normal page (not created from FAQ App) to FAQ listing. You just need to add the right labels to page to have the page listed in FAQ view. 

Two labels that relates to FAQ and Category have to be added: 

- You can get the FAQ label by
  - Visit desired FAQ > Hovering over the FAQ Name. A label icon will be displayed, by simply clicking on it you have copied the FAQ Label

- You can get the Category label by
  - Accessing the FAQ set as parent for desired category > Hover over the Category name. A label icon will be displayed, by simply clicking on it you have copied the Category Label.

You just need to add TWO copied labels to the desired page.

## Edit & Delete question

You can edit and delete non-page question by hovering on title and clicking on … button displayed. 

For Questions as page, removing labels will remove page from listing or simply deleting totally the page. For edit all experience has been kept in Atlassian Page Editor. You just need to visit page and switch to edit mode.
