## Default FAQ in Space

Your journey with FAQ for Confluence starts by adding your first question.

To do so:

- Navigate to the space where you want to create an FAQ page.
- Select FAQ from the left navigation menu.

FAQ App will initiate a default container called **Default FAQ**.

It will also include a **Default Category** to include your first questions once the FAQ view is visited for the first time.

## Create New FAQ Containers

You can categorize your questions based on two levels: 

1. FAQ Container
2. FAQ Category

 To create new FAQ Container, navigate to main view **All FAQs **and click on Add FAQ

- Choose the FAQ’s title, description, icon and color.

- Click “Add FAQ”.

And there you have it, listed in All FAQ view
