In this release we have improved the following aspects:

- **Questions Listing:** A sleek and user-friendly display that aligns with Atlassian's UI guidelines. We are refocusing on question content to ensure it remains at the forefront of user engagement.
- **FAQ Container and Question Navigation:** We've minimized the number of clicks required to access or create FAQs. Additionally, we have combined the categories listing with the questions listing to facilitate easier content discovery.

## 📄 Question based on Confluence pages

Our objective with this feature is to enhance integration with Confluence's native capabilities. We recognize that many “FAQ related content” is documented within Confluence pages. Troubleshooting articles for customers, How-To questions to detail steps, etc. Therefore, we aim to centralize this information in the FAQ App by enabling users to convert Confluence pages into questions or to directly initiate a Confluence page from the FAQ App.

Using only labels to tag pages as questions, this feature remains flexible and match Confluence native functionalities. Once tagged, you can view pages listed under selected category within FAQs list.

With this feature we are introducing a better integration with JSM Knowledge management feature.

## 📑 New filtering options for FAQ Listing macro

This feature enhances the app's flexibility for use within Confluence Pages. With the FAQ Listing macro, you can now manage content centrally in the FAQ App view while simultaneously embedding a specific set of questions or FAQs from other Confluence spaces directly into your pages.

This feature Not only help in importing bulk data to your FAQ effortless but can be used to move FAQs between Confluence spaces. It can also solve problems related to migration from Server to Cloud by importing questions from Server or DC instance to Cloud.

## 🖍️ Creation of "Default FAQ" for Empty Spaces to Facilitate Content Initiation

To enhance the user experience in spaces with empty FAQs, we are introducing an App-Created FAQ and a Category, aptly named Default FAQ and Default Category. We understand from our customers that initiating the first question can sometimes be a bit challenging. By implementing these default elements, we aim to minimize the number of clicks required to add your first question, making it easier for users to create concise FAQs.
