## Import questions via CSV file

You can import FAQs via CSV or JSON file as following:

- Navigate to All FAQs view
- Click on … and select Import CSV | Import JSON

 You will be redirected to import view where you can select your file to be uploaded.

> ℹ️ For CSV import, file must follow the below header:

Once file filled you just need to upload it to FAQ App:

You can select between two import policies: 

- Keep the existing questions unchanged and mark the newly added duplicates with (duplicate).
- Update existing question's answer.

Once import done, you can get information about any possible error during the operation or the final state:

> ⚠️ JSON import are mainly used for Server to Cloud migration. You can contact us on [support.covectors.io](http://support.covectors.io) to get the right assistance concerning this type of import.
