## **Import one or multiple glossaries**

1. **Navigate to the import view**

Navigate to your glossary dashboard or glossary view and select “Import CSV” or “Import JSON” from the gear** …** button

> ℹ️ You can import your **CSV file** directly or choose our template to better format your file. You can find below the template sample to use.

2. **Upload File**

You will be redirected to the upload section to upload your file based on your choice (JSON or CSV)

3. **Configure your import options**

- Set the default glossary where terms will be imported in case no Glossary Title (container) is set in the file
- Set import policy

> ⚠️ If errors or found for:
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ - Duplicate terms
> ⚠️ - Empty required values like title or definition
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ The term will not be imported, and a warning message will be displayed before proceeding to import


4. **Validate import**

Validate import by clicking on the DONE button, and you will be redirected to the glossary listing.

## Export one or multiple glossaries

### Export all space glossary terms

You can export all glossaries to CSV by clicking on the **Export to CSV **menu link

### Export a specific Glossary

You can export a specific Glossary by expanding the **… **menu next to each glossary.

This will generate a CSV file containing glossary terms.
