## Add new term

After selecting your glossary, now it’s time to enrich it with terms, through the “Add Term” button on the top right:

You only have to focus on important details at first: the Title and definition (minimum 5 characters required for both details). 

Afterwards, you can add additional metadata as you please: labels, synonyms, abbreviations, or attachments

> ℹ️ The “ add term” will not be clickable if you don’t have access to create terms  in the selected space

## Terms listing

When you access a glossary, you can view a listing of all terms in that Glossary. 

You can navigate terms via the alphabetical navigation bar. 

> ℹ️ The alphabetical navigation bar contains only the letters used in the selected glossary

Each term is listed with its:

- Title
- Definition

:info:  Additional details can be expanded anytime to view term details like synonym, abbreviation, labels, and attachments.

> ℹ️ For a better and quicker navigation, it’s possible to collapse all terms and get a lighter list of terms as follows:

## Update Term

All terms are editable online. By hovering on the term data, you can update the value as displayed below:

## Term Actions: Open term on separate view, Share term, and delete term

Actions on term can be performed via the menu that’s displayed once you hover on the term's right top corner as follows:

> ℹ️ Once you open the term in a separate view, all the details will be displayed
