## Create terms directly within spaces

To encourage users to contribute more often, we have decided to facilitate the term creation process and integrate it within all of your Confluence spaces (not only within the letter page). All you have to do is highlight the term in question, select “Add term,” and fill out the term creation form. The form, in this case, includes two additional fields compared to the standard creation form (you have to specify the space in which you want to add the term, as well as the language).

## Highlight Terms within Spaces

To highlight terms, click on “Glossary Highlight” at the top of your Confluence page.

You will be directed to a “Dialog” page( That opens in full page mode) where you can find all the highlighted terms displayed, of course, according to your predefined settings in space configuration.

### Found terms

Terms found will be colored (or highlighted based on space configuration styling) and will be listed in a right panel. 

Once you click on a term in page content, it will open its details in the right panel.

To access a term’s metadata (definition, synonyms, space…), just click on the term and a resizable right-side panel will open, containing all the available saved data about that term. 

You can access the term’s page in its glossary by clicking on the term’s title and its space by clicking on the space name. 

If the name is available in multiple source spaces sources you can navigate via the top right navigation arrows through the terms data in each space. To close the side panel, click on the cross located on the top left side of the panel.

You can refine highlight results in page via filtering and configuration panel:
