The results will be displayed by space. For each space, you will see:

- Total number of impacted pages
- Number of page status macros used
- Number of footnote macros used
- Number of progress bar macros used
- Space status, indicating whether any issues were found
- CTA button “View details” to access the space’s migration check details

When you open the report for a specific space, you can view the details of each page within that space:

- **Status**: Are there any issues related to Content Formatting Toolkit Macros on this page?
- **Issues Found**: :cross_mark:
  - Error messages (see the list of possible errors below)
  - Actions needed

### Below is the lis of all possible errors and recommended actions to fix: 

| Check Type | Error Description | **Action Needed** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Missing parameters | `page-status` macro missing required parameters like `status` or `updatedBy` | Try to rebuild the macro and re-insert it |
| Invalid parameter values | Wrong or outdated status values (e.g., “drafttt” instead of “draft”) | Add / map parameter values to the correct, current schema |
| Corrupted macro storage | Macro body not closed properly or malformed XML | Repair the XML structure or manually re-save the affected macro |
| Restricted or deleted pages | Page not accessible by migration user | Ensure the migration user has 'View' permissions |
| Missing metadata | Missing `user`, `date`, or other context attributes | Try to rebuild the macro and re-insert it |
