This policy covers the *Glossary for Confluence Browser Extension* only.  
It is separate from Vectors' general [Data Security and Data Privacy Statement](https://support.covectors.io/space/SA/533102695/Data+Security+and+Data+Privacy+Statement), which applies to our  
Atlassian Marketplace apps and websites.

## Summary

The Glossary for Confluence Browser Extension does not collect, store, process, or share users' personal data or browsing activity.

## What the extension does

The extension operates only on Confluence pages to let users highlight glossary terms and display the relevant glossary information.  
It requests browser permission scoped to Confluence domains and does not run on, or read data from, any other site.   
It keeps a small, non-personal set of preferences for each Confluence site you use, including which spaces to pull glossary terms from, stored in your browser. This information does not identify you and is not used for tracking.

## What the extension does not do

We do not:

- Collect or store personal information
- Track users' browsing activity
- Collect page content for analytics or any other purpose
- Sell or share user data with third parties
- Use user data for advertising
- Store Confluence page content or glossary data outside the Confluence environment in which it's viewed

## Policy Changes 

Vectors reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy when deemed necessary.   
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify our customers through an appropriate online notice (and obtain their consent where required by applicable law).
