During Glossary for Confluence migration from Server to Cloud, multiple emails are sent when the App deletes the Glossary pages as in the Cloud we do not use the pages and macros features but we have a dedicated interface per space.

Unfortunately there is no action / option to enable specifically during the migration in Server to disabled those notification (All actions are made automatically by Confluence Migrator app)

Still by disabling the Email Notification in Cloud prior migration you will not be set to watch the pages in the created spaces after migration so you will not receive delete emails notification.

As displayed below you can configure email notification settings in Confluence Administration as following:

:warning: However you should get it back after the migration in order to receive other spaces notifications.


A second option is also possible (which is recommended by several Atlassian Migration Consultants) is to disable notification during the migration phase for all Confluence doing this way:

Go to Confluence Administration > Further Configuration > Edit the view and disable momentarily the Email notifications during the migration.
